Thank you for choosing AirSurfer. We are committed to ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, and we appreciate your understanding.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which you received them;
- Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging;
- Free from damage caused by improper use or installation;
- Packaging is intact and does not affect resale.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or worn;
- Items with physical damage caused by human factors after delivery;
- Items that have been modified, repaired, or altered without authorization;
- Items missing original packaging;
- Items missing parts or accessories;
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item was damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To help us process your request faster, please include the following information when contacting support:
- Order number;
- Photos of the item;
- Photos of the outer packaging;
- Photos of the shipping label;
- A brief description of the issue (and a short video if needed).
We recommend reporting product issues within 14 days of occurrence to receive the fastest after-sales support. Once the issue is verified as our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement, send missing parts, or issue a refund.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Shipping or carrier fees incurred from refusing a package for personal reasons may be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The actual time for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider (such as PayPal or credit card). An additional 3–10 business days may be required. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of AirSurfer.
6. How to Start a Return
Please contact our customer service team first to obtain return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to identify your package and complete the refund.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Order number;
- Product model;
- Reason for return;
- Relevant photos or videos.
